The Passi City Association (Ilo-ilo) organized a relief operation last Nov. 17 for the victims of the super typhoon in their home city. Passi, Ilo-ilo is one of the worst hit city and has been declared under a state of calamity.
The Philippine Alliance, its affiliate associations, and other organizations collected relief goods for the typhoon victims last Nov. 17 at Ice House St. in Central.
